I just got hired on a new brewery that opened up in our town as a bartender. They offer exceptional training and I'm very excited. I honestly don't know much about beer, but I do find it very interesting and am studying up on it as much as possible. (22F)
I know it's not ideal to be a bartender with no experience and a lot of people do have to work up to it. And I really appreciate the fact that I can start without the experience, but I want to do it right.
I am coming here for some tips and tricks or any first time advice you have to offer about the job and what it entails as whole.
Thanks in advance.
