I selll the most on my Sunday nights. I made it an industry night. I've got between 3 to 6 different groups of people from 3 to 6 different bars or restaurants that come see me.
Have your manager make business cards with your name and maybe like $1 off any beer or cocktail.
Go out. Do your thing and pass them out.
Reap the rewards.

My fellow bartender and I like to frequent establishments near our bar and will mention any specials we have do they can join us. It’s called networking. Good stuff.
