It's my 3rd day at a beach resort. Yesterday and the day before were decent percentage tips. It was locals and condo owners. Today was sunny and brought families out. Tips have been horrendous 1000 in sales and made 70$. 5 families ate 60 in food and tipped me 0 and 1.50 in quarters! I had tip jars out and we were busy. I feel like people felt as if I won't see they didn't tip so they didn't bother to tip. Now it's just rocks on the bar so I can see who's tipping and I put it in my jar behind the bar. Super pissed!
