Keeping flies away from outdoor bar?

Post Body
As the title says. We have an outdoor bar and semi exposed kitchen. I’ve read that eucalyptus and lavender plants deter flies. We’ve also used fly tape and other traps in the past but if we can use a natural repellent that actually works, that would be ideal. Has anyone had any luck with this? Cheers 🥂
