Forget the money, bartending for what type of job has made you the happiest?

Hotels, family restaurants, airports, etc. Which type of clientele are you looking for in a customer, and what are the best gigs to meet these types of people? Obviously, a good tipper, someone who understands waiting on multiple people at once, and someone who keeps things simple, but particularly which gigs bring in these people?
