Fucking group shows up 5 minutes to 11am no reso no call. 30 waters, 30 drinks, refills, everyone needs to get up and run around and yell at eachother across the restaurant. Things are understandably taking a bit longer, but these idiots decided to be "helpful" by just coming up to the bar when I have a full screen and calling orders then trying to give me a vague idea of where they are sitting.

No. order at the bar, pay at the bar.

No. Don't put your fucking dirty glasses beside all the fresh drinks going out.

The topper was the cunt that came up to grab "just a water jug and a bunch of glasses!" and says "oh! You guys must just HATE us, right?!" I just looked at her and said "here's your water jug"... What the fuck do you want me to say? "Oh no ma'am, people not smart enough to call in for a busload of mouthbreathers are our bread and butter. Please teach your kids that showing up with 30 people on no warning is the smartest thing they can do!"

Oh, and our pop system was down because we were out of pop gas due to a leak in the line.
