What I mean is that when I watched Martys explanation video with Rico and Jerry last night, there were several times that he said “well that’s not allowed” or “well that’s messed up“ whenever Jerry or Rico would say something along the lines of him not being renewed.

He kept stating that in the end it was nobody’s business and that therefore there shouldn’t be any business consequences for it. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but that sounds exactly like something that someone would say before they get let go and then sue for wrongful termination.

Also, I get that he wouldn’t be fired but that he would simply be not renewed. However, people have sued companies for not being renewed under wrongful termination. Therefore, he could still sue although I don’t see any way he would win a single dime
