Thinking about going Barndo but not a fan of the massive builds

I want to look into building a barndo but all the models that are on youtube or to view on any website are just way to big for my liking. I just need a simple 1500 sqare feet 3br 2ba and a garage, but there is not much information on the smaller barndos (price wise). I am also just struggling to find a builder that could put the building up in NC being I would be doing most of the finishing work myself.
