No one at my cafe knows how to use this for cold brew, so I figured I should ask the hive mind

It looks like there’s instructions for the toddy brewer but no one knows if it like, goes with the machine or not.

we have this machine! the filled in circles are for nitro, hollow circles are for normal cold brew. you can turn it back and forth depending on what you need at the moment. click the circle button on top to turn it on!
we don't use toddy, so i'm not sure how to help with that part, sorry

we have a specialized machine, it makes our drip and cold brew. we use 200g course coffee and let the machine do what it does, then we refrigerate it and hook it up to this machine :)
