I feel 50/50 about this July test. February bar is 207 days away. My commercial outlines are a little under 800 pages total. I'm planning to memorize/ make into flash cards about 4 pages a day. I'm going to start with subjects that will be necessary for the area of law I intend on practicing- DCS/ Family law. I'll do civ pro, then family law, then evidence, then go from there. Best case scenario, I've passed and memorized some rules I'll need to know in practice and I'll be a better attorney. -my state follows federal law very closely, so it is relevant. Worst case scenario, I'm building a SUPER strong base to destroy the Second attempt like the first attempt did me.
My practice mbes were in the low 70s, my practice essays were all passing. I bombed the real mee and half the exam felt like it was out of left field. I word souped all of the MEEs The MBE had a lot more coin flips than I was used to.
Thoughts on this approach?
