How helpful are first year review books in studying for the bar?

So I’ll be taking the July 2024 exam (Illinois ) and I’ll be using Themis for bar prep. I realized I still have their First-Year Review book from 2 years ago. I was wondering how helpful it would be to use it as a supplement while I’m studying for the bar (or at least the MBE portion)?
