Is it okay to use the Xero TerraFlex II (Trail Running and Hiking Shoe) as my running shoe?
Post Body

It's on sale and I'm considering getting it because I can finally afford it without hurting my budget. However, I want to know how it would affect my athletic performance. I run on roads and the track. I've been focused on sprinting lately. I also do agility work and plyometrics. I actually don't trail run or hike, though my regular commute involves walking on rocky or gravel roads too. Basically, I'm not sure how using trail running and hiking shoes would affect my athletic performance in the training activities I mentioned
