Oh, we are at Barber Shop that has been commission for a long time, which sucks with commission is Barbers seem to take weeks off and not show up like they don’t have a job. When they do that the shop makes no money. We are debating to go to chair rental, but curious how those rules apply? we are assuming that if they take a week off they still owe for the week? Can you give me some insight on how your chair rentals work please. With chair rentals then do they pay there own supplies and insurance? Does everyone in a chair rental situation charge the same for cut or they make there own prices?
