Help deciding between 3x 1440p 144Hz monitors!

Hello, I been doing a lot of research and based on my budget I have narrowed it down to one of the following 27" 1440p 144Hz monitors:
- Samsung JG54 - VA Panel, 4ms (GTG), 250nit, $489
- Acer KG271UA - TN Panel, 1m (GTG), 350nit, $499
- ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD - IPS Panel, 1ms (MPRT), 350nit, $489
I'm inclined to getting the ViewSonic due to the IPS display and 350nit. Not sure why the Acer with TN panel is $10 more thou.
Any help choosing is appreciated! Thanks!
