WELL WELL WELL, the Watch Grid was right yet again. As football-disliking naysayers worried Week 3 would be bad and boring, Week 3 was in fact bad and ~exciting~. Haters are beside themselves.
Week 4 needs no such selling. Even normies agree this is a great Saturday.
As always, the Watch Grid attempts to sort your college football weekend schedule by guesstimated watchability. This does not correlate directly to team quality or game importance, though these are considerations. I'm also ranking your alma mater lowly because I am jealous of the quality of your education.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19
Houston at Tulane (8 p.m. ET, ESPN) is a solid return to Thursday night, which college football basically abandoned for the last two weeks because of mysterious sports business reasons. So far, UH's defense has really struggled to prevent steady rushing gains, which happens to be the Green Wave offense's strength. Tune in to see a 24-play field goal drive.

Matters of consequence on a Friday night! These are rare. Please don't let them go to waste.
Air Force, hot off a win at Colorado, could be Boise's third-toughest remaining opponent before conference title weekend, and Utah can become a serious Playoff contender with a win at a perpetually reeling USC, followed by possibly only one challenging road game the whole rest of the way.

Look at those well-spaced headliners, thanks in large part to the BIG NUDE SATURDAY initiative, in which Fox moves its game of the week to the early spot, rather than forcing itself to compete against ABC or CBS.
The main draw in Michigan-Wisconsin: how much farther into September can the Badgers make it without giving up any points? Their defense has been nearly impenetrable in every way so far, which has very much not been the case for the Wolverines' offensive line. Michigan has been struggling into the red zone (and then struggling even harder), while UW's defense has only been there once in two games.
Auburn-A&M is a pretty reliable CHAOS GAME, this year likely for the division's bronze medal. It's pointless to guess what will happen in any SEC West game not involving Alabama. Moving on.
The loud primetimer! Notre Dame vs. Georgia! In 2019, it's only somewhat relevant to note the pre-2019 Irish basically never won games like this, though this is not a sport in which history tends to change on a dime.
"The Central Arkansas Bears will leave their purple-and-gray field, fly nine hours into the middle of the Pacific Ocean, and kick off shortly before Sunday morning. Catch all the action on a social network designed only for people 80 or more years of age." These are the things we have to type when we type about college football.
