I need tips on how to be motivated to continue my job
Post Body

Namaskara Bengaluru Peeps ge,

I will directly come to the point. I am a software engineer, started in 2016. Initial 2 to 3 years were just fun. Waiting for month end, having the weekend life and then wait again for month end salary. Then I got serious as I wanted to earn good money and work better. So I switched the company in 2019 and got a good package. Even the work was good. I really love debugging issues and writing code in the most optimized way.

Coming to 2022, I have lost interest in working completely. I have a really good package now, but somewhere I have lost the enthusiasm to work. I just do timepass all day. I recently started with new hobbies, I do travel on a regular basis and go on long drives but the still the enthusiasm is lost for my work.

So I would like to know any suggestions from you guys who felt the same about work after 5-6 yrs of working.

What have you guys done to regain the enthusiasm to work? Have you guys tried anything new? If Yes, can you guys suggest the same.
