Hello friends, I am looking to travel from Bangalore to Udupi and back. This will be a round trip and I need a car for few days. I thought of booking Zoomcar. Just wanted your opinion and inputs on the below queries.

1) I want to leave by 7 am on Monday. Can I just select door delivery at 5 am? Will they hand over the car on time? Or is it better to get the delivery the previous night?

2) Will they pick up from door after my return too? Because I might reach Bangalore very late in the evening. Or do I need to deliver it back to them myself?

3) What documents would they need?

4) How safe are the cars for long drives? Are they well maintained? I have a 2 year old with me. So need to ensure its safe for long distance drives

5) Would the car have FASTag? I will be travelling through multiple toll booths

6) Will the car have all relevant documents?

Anything else I need to be aware of before booking a car?

This is the first time I am availng such a service. I could not find a working contact number for Zoomcar support. So requesting your help.
