Amazon isn't returning my refund

Hi guys,

I'm new to Bangalore and so I had ordered many stuff during the Amazon Prime Day sale, on Saturday. Now 2 products- a press Iron and pillow were to be delivered on Sunday. On sunday night, I got the auto update on amazon app that my order is delivered. I didn't get any call. The app said order was delievered to security guard. When I checked with him, he didn't recieve it. Now this happened in 10 min time span and I know the security wasn't lying. I flagged the same to Amazon who said to wait for 2 days. Didn't recieve anything, so I raised the issue again. Now, they told me that they'll investigate. Today, after I called them again, they're tellign me that their investigation shows that the order is delivered and I won't get any refund. I asked them to show me proof of how they knew that the order was delivered because I didn't receieve any call from the delivery guy. Amazon is saying they can't do anything.

Things have been going quite bleak after I moved here. Please the good people of Bangalore, help!
