My band consists of three members, myself and my two friends.

I'm the one who writes and composes our songs, the one who talks about it the most. I even went so far as to learn the drums to teach them to my friend so I can be on vocals. I do everything I can to improve, to make the band better. When we get together to make songs and to practice our skills, I'm the one who has been progressing the most. I say this because we've gotten together 7 times in the past 3 months, and I've gotten much better at signing that I was when we first started. But my other friend, the guitarist, has barley gotten any better, and can't seem to keep a rift for more than 30 seconds.

I feel like the only one who's actually putting it work, and the only one who truly cares about the band, and it feels like my bandmates aren't doing the same. What should I do?
