Request for towing

Hello, I need to get a ~1000lbs trailer towed from DC to Baltimore but I don’t have a truck nor a car with a hitch. I’ve looked at U-Haul and for the distance and time I’ll be upward to $170. Rental cars don’t allow towing with their cars. Does anyone have an alternative I haven’t though of? Thanks!
