Any cool spots in Baltimore for humans to play in the water?

I haven't been out swimming around here in 20 years (just moved back). We used to go to Loch Raven b/c they had an awesome rope swing--at least, I think that was Loch Raven. And I remember there was RE Lee & Gunpowder, but I don't remember if there was any swimming/swimming holes, whatever. Anybody know someplace good?

edit: I just was not-lazy for 30mins or so, and there's a "beach" beach in Hammerman Area of Gunpowder. And Oregon Ridge ($7 Adults wkdays) Anyone been?

Kilgore looks amazing, thanks for that-kind of far away but I will definitely go there some day soon.
