Saw the thread from a few months ago which wasn't especially helpful. Here's hoping I can catch a few more eyes.
I had a long term walker with a well-reputed Baltimore co-op who, a year in, I found was hardly taking my dog beyond the front stoop, little less the half hour walk they reported. Soon after, the seemingly trustworthy vet tech who'd been caring for my pup forgot to come by while I was away for five days. Thank goodness for friends and the roommate.
Help me and my very sweet 4 year old pit bull find some peace of mind! Has anyone had a long term dog walker (Someone established in the community with references? Is that being too picky?) that they can vouch for? Ideally, I wouldn't have to worry about having on-call backup.
Personally, I'd only need help on occasional weekends but the name of a good company/walker with any availability at all would be appreciated.
Thanks, guys!
