We'd vet each other very well first obviously. But I am completely sick of living in the city and looking at a 3.5 acre property in the general Towson area plus 25 minutes max. I'll DM the zillow. There's a little brook in the back and it's all forest and lovely. I want to build a cheap premade house for myself and the work myself building a fence for the property either real or electric for the dogs. I can build a small premade house for you to for rent too on your needs. The options online are crazy cool.

The property will mainly stay forest. We'll have a garden, chickens, maybe some fun animal like a pig.

I have 2 dogs and a cat. I'd like to work with dogs, build a barn to train them in. You'd be welcome to pets too.
