Should I be worried?

Just got Lilith out for a quick handling session, and she has this lump on her neck. I fed her 2 days ago, and she was fine at the time (no lump). I'm going to see about making a vet appointment for her tomorrow, but in the meantime does this look like something to be concerned about? It's a solid but movable lump under the skin. Doesn't seem to be bothering her. Is it likely to just be an abscess or something she's done to herself climbing around?
