Passing all the tests of being new to bp ownership so far. I've had Lilith since the 23rd of May. She's eaten (enthusiastically) every time, for which I consider myself very lucky.
She was in blue a week ago, and she was back to being out and about last night so figured she was done shedding. Tidied up and rearranged her viv today (how's it looking?). Found the shed in her warm hide next to some urates, and a poop in her cool hide. The shed was crumpled up like a balled up sock, but I've soaked and managed to mostly unfold it, and it's pretty much complete including one eye cap. I'm guessing the isopods got to it already. I didn't notice any stuck shed when I got her out, but I'll do a more thorough check tonight.
One question: Is it normal for them to do everything (shed, poop, and pass urates) like that all in one go? This is the first time I've found urates (I check regularly) since I've had her. She's definitely not dehydrated (humidity is usually mid 70s, but increased to 80 plus a humid hide as soon as I noticed she was in blue, and she always has fresh water). If it makes a difference, she'll be 1 at the end of the month, and was 147g when I weighed her on Friday, and 20 inches long (she was very small and skinny - 18 inches and under 90g - when I got her cause the breeder wasn't feeding her properly). She's getting a 14g multi once a week at the moment, but will be moving up to 20g ones soon.
