I’ve been penis pumping for a while now and now want to start with expanding my balls.

Is it possible to not alter my current penis in any way and still pump my balls. I’ve noticed in photos that some guys get excess skin around their penis etc from pumping. I really like my dick and want to keep it looking the way it currently does.
