Good settings for Ai? Also Nalia and Jan stuff

Was wondering what are the best behaviors to set in the ai screen if I can set any? In general or for this party I'm running(Nalia, Valygar[might remove him his daddy gets killed],Jan, Anomen, Yoshimo).
Also my god Jan is so freaking hilarious.
I don't know who wrote his dialogue but that person must either be a genius or a giant troll lol
And he mixes great with my team Definitely made the playthrough more fun, maybe it will get old in other sessions...
And screw that Vaelar guys, all my homes hate him...
