What gear do you give your tank Jaheira ?

Hey everyone
Korgan's my current tank but Jaheira supposed to help, with Anomen. Later she's got be my main tank with Ironskin and such, then hardiness, stone elemental etc. Anyway I don't really know what kind of equipment I should give her. Right now she just got a 2 staff. She can't use much weapon so... don't know.
Any advices ? That's for BG 2 ofc
