The lower 2/3 of my penis head is a different color and looks irritated. It only seems to get like this when I’m erect When I’m soft you can’t see this discoloration. Seems like over the past few weeks it has progressed further up. Any thoughts? Been tested for the regulars stds but all came back negative.
