Bb chanters...which one is best?

Hey everyone! So I'm in the market for a Bb chanter, and trying to decide which one to get. I'm leaning towards the Shepard Orchestral Chanter, but I know everyone has their own views and takes on chanter brands and such. Does anyone have a strong preference or recommendation of a good Bb Pipe Chanter? I'm trying to give my husband some Christmas ideas. Haha.
