Learning bagpipes during a pandemic

I know the general advice is to learn from someone that can teach your technique first so you don't pick up any bad habits, but I'm not going to be going anywhere for a while during the pandemic. So that said, what are some decent resources to learn online? I've got a derelin chanter that I've had for a few years that I can play very simple tunes with. Where resources can I use online to to go from here?
