Chanter cuts out in the cold?
Post Body

I was playing today at noon and at 6pm and while I was playing at noon, I didn't have any problems witht the reed cutting out but when I played in the evening, my reed was cutting out occasionally. Is this due to the reed getting too dry with the cool, dry weather? I've been learning since last november so this is my first winter on the pipes instead of the practice chanter.
