iām so embarrassed and humiliated but i need to ask this here since googling didnāt help muchā¦but iām pretty sure iāve masturbated one too many times and now my orgasms are super weak. this is TMI but iām kinda freaking out. iām only 22 years old, iāve been masturbating for years now and iāve somewhat explored with sex toys but i really only find success with a dildo and my hand. it was so fun for me to explore my sexuality on my own (had ācasualā sex once for my first time ever, not a great experience so iām waiting for the right person) and iām so sad that iām no longer enjoying myself. as of late, my orgasms take so long to happen and if they do, they are the weakest thing ever! i come from a highly religious background that pushed chastity and all that to a crazy level and although iāve done good work to reduce my own shame and such around self pleasure, iām worried that when i find the right partner i wonāt be able to orgasm and iāve ruined what is supposed to be a āspecial momentā. iām probably freaking out over nothing but i cannot stop thinking about how iāll never have a good orgasm again lol. does anyone have any sage wisdom or knowledge on this? thanks :D
Maybe it differs depending on frequency of masturbation, strength of vibrator and of course the individual.
If you don't have a magic wand, I strongly recommend it- but it's really powerful, so it desensitises quickly- but wiockly builds back up, too.
Yes vibrators do desensitise. Try fapping a few times a day and after a week or so, you will take longer to have an orgasm.
But it doesn't desensitise forever. Taking a break for a few days will change it back completely.

I never said anything about damaging!
Other than that: Well, I suppose I can't say how much of the desensitisation is physical and how much is mental, so I won't argue with that!
