I had to have a menstrual sponge removed in a medical office. They said I have a tilted uterus and anterior cervix so it got โstuckโ. I was hella shamed by the staff but itโs a common form of tampon. Itโs not one of the natural sea sponges. I got reamed out ๐. Kinda sucked since I was already not feeling the best.
