So I ended up splitting with my ex last year at the beginning of the lease. I had a friend or so I thought who needed to rent a room to get away what she said was her hoarder sister. So she moves in and understood she was renting a room not a house and that she was only paying 1/4 of the bills since it was a room. Even though only 2 of us here. This is after 7 months of paying rent late and never paying her part of the bills. The first pics are the first time I saw inside her room since she was always in there and had door shut if not. Then is the mess when she moved after I asked her too after becoming extremely abusive verbally to me after asking her to start paying back some of the bill money owed and every time I asked for bill money or to say rent was late she refused to pay late fee and would say abusive stuff over text all day long. I only let her stay because she was on the lease or so I thought, found out landlord told me he added her but never did so I asked her to move after that. Including a brand new mattress ruined that I bought when ex moved to kinda furnish the room. I now have several trust issues and yet need a new roommate because can't afford to live completely alone and got 4 months left of the lease. So let's hope the new guys is better. I did go to his current house unannounced to see what it looked like and was clean so there is that.

Tldr: 56 yo woman trashed her room and lived in squalor while abusing her younger roommate for having a life when she asked for rent or bill money.
