Breaking up with my roommate.
Post Body

I’ve been living here almost 3 years. Renting one room, with limited access to kitchen and yard. I found a place eight doors down, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, garage for $50 more then I’m paying for this room. I don’t feel I owe him crap. 30 day notice is fine right?

The home owner wants out of the loan, (it’s my boss) I’m working on the contract now, he needs it occupied hence me “renting” it. For now. My VA loan should cover what I need. I’m not good with paperwork. Or computers

All I’ve seen is the outside. But going from an apt to a house, how bad can it be?

It’s my bosses house

The apt is over priced. The keep raising the rent. The new place is owned by my employer, and I’ll only be paying the mortgage and insurance. Also he is willing to sell it to me for at the cost of the pay off. He dose not want to be in the rental game.
