My best friend and I moved a new roommate into our 3 bedroom in July, things went great for a month or two but now it is turning bad. He’s not on the lease or anything and he decided in September to let this girl stay with him, it was supposed to be for a month while she found a roommate but now it’s been 4 months. She has no job, doesn’t pay any rent or utilities, doesn’t clean, her dog doesn’t get along with mine, and she has been costing us $100 a month extra on internet overages. On top of that our new roommate hasn’t paid the water bill in 3-4 months and is always complaining about either the girl staying in his room or not having any money. I’ve asked him to get her out of our house for the last month and he keeps beating around the bush, because he thinks he might get laid eventually I guess (she fucked him on the first date and friend zoned him when she moved in). I’m just sort of at a loss here as how to move forward, I’ve tried to be polite but im running out of patience.
