Thinking of opening a badminton center . Anybody with experience mind guiding a little bit ?
Still scouting for a location. Any pointers for choosing the right location ?
What are the other costs associated with it ?
Country : United States State : Virginia, Maryland, Delaware , New Jersey (since it’s a few of us )
Warehouse space and high ceiling. Depending on how popular the sport is, start small. Maybe a space to fit 6-8 courts.
Business revenue and profit is important. Drop in times is low profit and unpredictable. Court bookings can become consistent and higher margins. Best business margin is badminton lessons and coaching. Will you offer a pro shop with stringing service?
Do you have the time and passion to grow the sport in your community as well as run a business? Be a badminton pioneer in your community!
How busy are your local community centres and sport arenas for drop in badminton? This can give you a clue on how popular the sport can be.
