Ok so i just started doing fitness, to feel better about myself. So im trying to start Calisthenics, but i was wondering if you guys have workout suggestions for badminton, that i can keep in mind when creating a routine.
Awesome idea!
Most people start defaulting to running or steady state cardio. Itโs important, but wonโt improve your game much.
You gotta add plyometric exercises to train your explosive and sudden movements. Also involve core and flexibility exercises for those deep net digs.
Also some resistance exercises so your muscles can ensure repetitive movements. Others have commented some good exercises.
