Typical LHF from askreddit: "Nazi Germany pushed medical science 25+ years into the future, by having an unlimited surply of human testsubjects and little to no ethics or moral standards."

As usual, the asshats of askreddit post edgy nonsense without even citing reliable sources for their claim. While it is true that some data from the freezing experiments was used to help research on the treatment of pneumonia, modern physicians have rejected the results for various reasons, a lack of ethical standards and a flawed methodology being two major reasons(link).
There's no way you can actually state that the Nazi Experiments advanced medical treatment by 25 years, or any amount for that matter.

P.S.-Thanks to /u/misandrasaurus for pointing out this bad history in this lovely effort post on SRS.
