What are some good lesser known action movies from the 80's and 90's?

What are some good lesser known 80's and 90's action movies? Straight to video or theatrical releases.
I have a soft spot for action cop movies with shoot outs, car chases and unnecessary sex scenes with power ballads in the background.
I just watched Rapid Fire with Brandon Lee so that's the kind of thing I'm talking about.
Edit - Thanks for the recommendations, a lot of these were exactly the kind of stuff i was looking for.

i did mean good or good-bad, this sub just seemed like the right place to ask because i think people here appreciate those kinds of movies. I asked in r/movies but they only really talk about mainstream or new movies.
