I took a job at ups as a package handler. One week of work and my back was killing me (I might’ve been twisting as a sorter but with the numbers and speed they expect idk how anyone can do that for a lifelong career xc), I think my back was definitely not perfect going into it. I got really upset because I had to stop working there cause I knew my body was telling me « hey bad idea ». And that’s how I landed here because I thought I had messed up my back forever (I’m 24) and it was really getting to me.
Without this sub I would have never found the book back mechanic and other great tips. This sub should be a lot bigger I think, I’m feeling much better now and am going to finish the book(pdf). I haven’t seen anyone for this cause it’s been a couple days and I’m feeling better but maybe I should eventually but I think with all this I’m gonna be just fine for now so thank you so much to everyone here!!
