Hello all, I’ve had pretty rough lower back pain for the last few weeks, that gets worse when sitting up or otherwise just extending my legs. Given that only my back only stings when I flex my right foot, I know it’s a pinched nerve and not something worse.
So, what are some good exercises & stretches for this? I’ve been doing sphinx, pigeon pose, cat-cow and child’s pose twice daily for around a week, but I haven’t noticed much of an improvement and I think the pain has been getting progressively worse.
