Last night, my daughter and I were making cookies. I bent down low to pull out a pan and as I stood it get like a rubber band snapped in my lower back. It was immediately painful and I went to lay down. My first thought was “oh nice, I’m disabled now”.
I got the best night of sleep I’ve had in a decade. No tossing or turning, no waking up with my back hurting. First time in as long as I can remember.
Today at work I feel fantastic. My feet, neck and back are pain free. My mood is phenomenal. I feel like I’m 20 years old!
What the hell did I do?
