Lower back pain on the right side and center. Little lower neck pain on the left. Slept wrong and have the pain for 3 days. Any advice?
Post Body

I generally don’t use pillow under my head/neck. 3 days ago I randomly used pillow and had a bad ache/stiffness in my whole back neck to lower back. It was bearable though. Used pillow the 2nd night too and the pain was gone in upper back and had very little stiffness in lower left neck, but the lower back pain on right side was stinging and was able to sit or stand in certain positions, couldn’t lift heavy things or bend sidewards. I went out at night to get something and since I got down from the elevator the lower back pain got so worse I was not able to sit in the car or later that night.

Last night I slept on my back flat position and on side/fetal position with pillow between legs/knees. Didn’t use pillow under head. I can sit and stand and sleep in certain positions without pain but still have stinging lower back pain on right and center in some positions.

I used anti-inflammatory ointment last night and once in the afternoon.

Any other advice?
