Muscular back pain, anyone else in the same boat?
Post Body

Most of the posts that I see here are people with herniated disks, bulging disks, etc. All spinal and skeletal problems.

I haven't really seen anyone with muscular back pain problems much?

Just wondering if anyone in the same situation.

For context, I have been experiencing back pain for 2 years (however, there was a 1 year ish period in the middle where there was no pain/very minimal tightness). I have gone to a chiropractor(have stopped going for reasons), gps, and a couple physiotherapist and they all said the problem seems to be muscular, your disks and spine feels healthy and bouncy, no need to do scans because it would be unnecessary. Which almost all of them mentioned how it is good because treating muscular problem is much easier compared to disks/skeletal problems.

However, when I look here and also online (youtube etc) all of the topics are always about what you can do to recover from herniated disks, a person telling a story about recovering from disks bulge problems and treatment focusing on these things.

Just wondering if these are just more common or people that usually have muscular injury doesn't have long lasting back pain?

In case anyone wondering, my problems are currently: 1. Pain & tightness when back is curved forward 2. Soreness & dullness after sitting for a long time 3. Dull feeling that stays for a whole day Current diagnosis is weak core and tightness in ql muscle
