Daypack suggestions

Looking to upgrade my daypack. Is the REI Flash 22 as good as I hear. I’ve seen many posts that it’s a fan favorite. I’m looking for something lightweight that can handle all day hikes up to 8-10 miles carrying basics including FAK, water, filter kit, bit of food/snacks, sometimes a MSR stove and 550 pot, rain gear, maybe a puffy depending on weather.
