Thought I'd post this here before reaching out to Osprey's customer support in case anyone has had this issue before and I'm just stupid and not seeing what is wrong.
I got a brand new Osprey Rook pack and have taken it out on two trips so far. However, both times I noticed that, even when it is completely empty, the netting on the back of the pack is "shifted" over to the right side significantly more than the left, making the whole pack feel "twisted" and like I'm tipping to one side and unbalanced the whole time. It also creates weird pressure points on one side of my body as well.
Has anyone experienced this before? I've taken pictures of what I am describing, though it's much more obvious to see in real life: https://imgur.com/a/WhAg5kx
