Drop off and pick up service in Yellowstone NP Question

A buddy and I are doing a thru hike from Dogshead Trailhead to Freight Road Trailhead in Yellowstone NP and are struggling to find what we need from the transportation side of things. I understand we cannot park overnight in Yellowstone (and this is a 4 day hike) so looking for a service that can help but am still falling short.
How do thru-hikers make it work in Yellowstone with the shuttle service being so limited? Any other alternatives that I am overlooking?
