Post Body

Hello Everyone!!

I'm getting a custom handwoven wrap, the warp is already decided and it will be mulberry silk.

I would love to hear what fibre combinations people love to go with mulberry silk. I'd also like to hear combinations you didn't like or didn't like as much so I can avoid them!

For context this will be to wrap a newborn, I'd love it to be able to carry well up to 2yrs. We live in the Pacific North West and so have pretty mild weather (and lots of rain) but do get some hot weather (up to low 30s celcius) in summer and some cold weather in winter (not really below -10). I would say the majority of the year hovers around 10-15 degrees.

I am so very excited, it's been a lot of fun to make all these decisions!! Thanks in advance for any input :)
